Nothing could be better than freshly ground wholemeal flour containing the bran, germ and endosperm – a veritable power pack of good health – perfect for all baking needs, the difference particularly when making bread and kneading dough is obvious.

Our stone ground flour mill was imported from Austria and apart from being functional is a work of art to look at.

We can supply whole grain for those with their own mill or milled flour.  A bi-product of the milling is fine semolina used for making pasta, halva, milk puddings, biscuits, gnocchi. Used to replace oatmeal for babies first food, it is a great source of Vitamin E & B group; is high in zinc and iron. It also helps adults to control cholesterol, improves digestion, boosts immunity; high in fibre, protein and has a low GI.

We are currently producing Kamut flour which is available in 20kg sacks (see Shop Online).
KAMUT® brand khorasan wheat, in addition to being an ancient grain preserved from hybridization or modification and always organically grown, is an excellent source of protein, fiber, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B1 (thiamin), and vitamin B3 (niacin). It is also high in many minerals such as selenium, copper, manganese, and molybdenum. These nutrients have many benefits including contribution to normal cognitive function, normal metabolism, maintaining normal blood pressure, and protection from oxidative stress.
