A typical quarter weighs approximately 60-75kg on hooks which includes the weight of the bones. We'll send you a cut up list with the selection of cuts provided, once you have placed your order.
A deposit of $250 is required to secure your order. This can be paid by direct deposit using your name and beef as the reference.
An animal will then be processed at the first opportunity; beef is aged for a minimum 2 weeks. At this point in time, we'll advise you of the final weight and your balance owing, of which you'll need to pay prior to delivery or collection.
